Rounding out our 2026 season stats inevitably leads us to one thing…winning games.  Throughout our DeeThreeLax 2026 Team Stats series, we’ve looked at the teams that scored the most goals, moved the ball most efficiently, dominated faceoffs, scooped up ground balls, forced turnovers, and excelled on special teams. Now we’re looking at the stat that ultimately matters most.

Leading the nation was Tufts, which put together a remarkable 22-1 record and finished with a .957 winning percentage. The Jumbos lost just once across 23 games while establishing themselves as one of the most dominant teams in DeeThreeLax Right behind them was Hope, which went 20-1 (.952), followed by Rivier at 18-1 (.947). York (PA) finished fourth at 20-2 (.909), while Bowdoin and Concordia Wisconsin tied for fifth after identical 19-2 (.905) campaigns. Six programs finished the year winning more than 90% of their games.

Winning percentage is one of the simplest statistics in lacrosse, but maintaining an elite percentage over an entire season is anything but simple. Schedules change. Injuries happen. Teams go through difficult stretches. Conference play brings familiarity, and postseason lacrosse leaves little room for mistakes. The programs at the top of these rankings found ways to win regardless. Tufts, Hope, Rivier, York (PA), Bowdoin, and Concordia Wisconsin combined to go an incredible 118-9 during the 2026 season. Behind them, Babson and Stevens each went 18-3, while St. John Fisher (17-3), Massachusetts Maritime (16-3), and Pfeiffer (16-3) all won at least 84% of their games.

One of the most interesting parts of the winning percentage rankings is how many different styles of lacrosse are represented. Some teams overwhelmed opponents with offense. Others relied on elite defense, possession, faceoff play, goaltending, or special teams.

Tufts ranked among the nation’s most productive offensive teams. Rivier featured the top scoring defense in DeeThreeLax. Bowdoin led the country in man-up percentage and was tied for the top clearing percentage. Concordia Wisconsin finished first nationally in man-down defense.

There isn’t one formula for winning games. But the best teams consistently find something they can rely on—and execute it better than their opponents.
