☐ Program Best Season
DeeThreeLax Take: Emmanuel enters 2026 with momentum after a strong 2025 season and the pieces in place to be a GNAC contender. While the Saints must replace key contributors on defense and in transition, the return of elite offensive talent gives them one of the most dangerous scoring units in the conference. An early matchup against Wentworth will be a tone-setter, but Emmanuel’s internal goals point toward a deep postseason push. If the defense reloads effectively, this group has the ceiling of an NCAA Tournament run.

DeeThreeLax Take: Rivier coming off a monster 2025 season, and they will try to run It back in 2026. One thing I love about the GNAC is every year it could be a different team that wins the title at the end of the season. One of the most competitive leagues in DeeThreeLax. Rivier will be one of the teams to beat in the conference and have what they need to go back after it again. I expect this group to be atop of the GNAC at the end of the season.

Games that will test this team early:
- UNE
- Maine Maritime
- Plymouth State
DeeThreeLax Take: St. Joes ME coming into 2026 after a solid 2025 campaign that saw them in the GNAC Quarterfinals. In 2026 they will certainly look to continue pushing deeper into the GNAC tournament. This team looks like they return as much fire power as what they lost in the off season. They have a strong group back that will help lead this team through the challenging GNAC. I expect they will make the GNAC tournament once again in 2026, time will tell if they can get past the quarterfinals in 2026.
New England College

- Ethan LaHaye – Defense – 18 CTs, 30 GBs

Games that will test this team early:
DeeThreeLax Take: Second year in the GNAC and New England College found their way into the GNAC tournament after an improved season in 2025. This group will look to continue building on the momentum and push to the top of the GNAC in 2026. New England returns the leading point scorer from last year in Daniel Varga who put up a whopping 97 points. This group will be without a few key offensive players from last season who dished out 180 points last season that they will need to backfill. Defensively this group looks to be in a very strong spot returning a lot of impact players from 2025. This team will definitely be led by the defense but if Varga can get some younger and new players going on offense watch out for New England College come May in the GNAC Tournament.
Norwich
Head Coach: Dylan Curry
2025 Overall Record: 4-11

2025 Conference Record: 2-7

- Drew Fleury Attack 2nd team all conference
- Christian Rainis Attack 41 points
- Jake Marcotte Attack 41 Points

Games That Will Test This Team Early:
- Trinity
Internal Goals for the Season:
☐ Conference Tournament
Anything You Feel the Lacrosse Community Should Know About This Team:
“This group took big strides this Fall and bought into what a new/first time Head Coach expected of them.”
DeeThreeLax Take: Norwich heads into 2026 aiming to build on the progress from last season with Head Coach Dylan Curry’s first season at the helm. The Cadets return a productive offensive core capable of putting pressure on defenses, but replacing a key loss on the back end will be an early storyline. A tough early test against Trinity should give a quick read on where this group stands. If the defensive unit settles in and the fall momentum carries over, Norwich has a path to pushing for a conference tournament spot.
Regis

Head Coach: Scott Kessler
2025 Overall Record: 3-11
2025 Conference Record: 1-7
Key Losses:
- Anthony Marsella – Attack – 25 Goals, 22 Assists, 47 Points
- Brendan Cook – Attack – 27 Goals, 10 Assists, 37 Points
- Brayden Hutchinson – Defense – 17 CTs, 20 GBs
Key Returners:
- Jack Jaynes – Attack – 28 Goals, 21 Assists, 49 Points
- Nick Klein – Midfield – 18 Goals, 6 Assist, 24 Points
- Colin McGarry – Defense – 38 CTs, 54 GBs
- Jack Glowacz – Defense – 19 CTs, 36 GBs
Games that will test this team early:
- VTSU
- Curry
- Southern Maine
DeeThreeLax Take: Regis will look to turn the GNAC in the 2026 season. They return their leading point scorer from 2025 but did lose the 2nd and 3rd leading point scorers from a season ago. Offensively they will need to fill in those gaps for 2026 to help them climb ranks within the GNAC. On the defensive side of the field Regis looks to be in pretty good hands returning most of the starting defense from last season. Having a strong core back on defense should help this team stay in games. If they can find the lost production on offense this group should see and improved season and fighting to find their way into the GNAC tournament come may.
Bring back a strong group on defense
Colby Sawyer
Head Coach: Pape Lukk
2025 Overall Record: N/A 1st year program
2025 Conference Record: N/A 1st year program
Key Losses: N/A 1st year program
Key Returners: N/A 1st year program
Games that will test this team early:
- Husson
- Thomas
- Southern Maine
DeeThreeLax Take: First year program Colby Sawyer looks to make their mark in the GNAC in 2026. The GNAC has continued to add new programs over the years and many of them having good success within the conference which should give Colby Sawyer a lot of excitement for the 2026 Season. The Group is in good hands with Coach Lukk who most recently was the Associate head coach at Thomas College.
GNAC South
Lasell

- Francis Pino – Defense – 28 CTs, 56 GBs
- Michael Catalano – Goalie – 164 Saves, 54% Save Percentage
Key Returners:
- Jack Condon – Attack – 66 Goals, 22 Assists, 88 Points
- Jason Martin – Midfield – 15 Goals, 32 Assists, 47 Points
- Sam Guilmette – Midfield – 14 Goals, 16 Assists, 30 Points
- Nate Campbell – Midfield – 17 Goals, 10 Assists, 27 Points
- Bubba Baumeister – Defense – 44 CTS, 33 GBs
- Dom Dionisio – Defense – 25 CTs, 36 GBs
Games that will test this team early:
- Nichols
- Wheaton
- Emmerson
DeeThreeLax Take: Heartbreaking end to the season last year for Lasell losing to Rivier in the GNAC final by a score of 9-7. Luckily for Lasell in 2026 they return a ton of play makers. Yes they have a few key spots that they need to backfill, but overall this group looks to be in a really solid place going into GNAC play and on the quest for a GNAC title. Without a doubt this is one of the top teams going into he GNAC tournament come May. Once in the tournament anything can happen and its up to them to see how far they go in 2026.
St. Joes CT

Head Coach: Andrew Fink

- Evan Baden – Attack – 34 Goals, 6 Assists, 40 Points
- Kevin Carr – Attack – 28 Goals, 8 Assists, 36 Points
- Christian Decker – Midfield – 18 Goals, 9 Assists, 27 Points
- Ryan Paltauf – Attack – 4 Goals, 22 Assists, 26 Points
- Jay Kajander – Defense – 16 CTs, 27 GBs, 1 Point
- CJ Denson – Defense – 14 CTs, 28 GBs
- Trey McCann – Goalie – 179 Saves, 54 % Save Percentage
Key Returners:
- Vinny Pusateri III – Defense – 18 CTs, 21 GBs, 1 Point
- Michael Decker – Midfield – 10 CTs, 24 GBs, 2 Points
Games that will test this team early:
- Emmerson
- Manhattanville
- Wheaton
- Eastern Conn
DeeThreeLax Take: St. Joes CT will be a completely different team in 2026, as they lost almost all of the impact players on their offense from the 2025 season. This team has had success over the last few years and won the GNAC in 2024. I think these guys will be fine and expect them to rebuild in 2026. They will likely have a young team but a team that will be ready to make an immediate impact when they step onto the field.
Dean

Head Coach: Matt Schairer
2025 Overall Record: 12-4
2025 Conference Record: 6-3
Key Losses:
- Diego Alvarez-Segee – Attack – 54 Goals, 26 Assists, 80 Points
- Alec Speirs – Attack – 48 Goals, 19 Assists, 67 Points
- Aiden Anthony – Midfield – 16 Goals, 5 Assists, 21 Points
- Ryan Clunie – Midfield – 16 CTs, 24 GBs, 1 Point
- Chris Carbone – Defense – 13 CTs, 10 GBs, 1 Point
Key Returners:
- Manny Alvarez-Segee – Attack – 40 Goals, 27 Assists, 67 Points
- Shawn Beebe – LSM – 10 CTs, 26 GBs, 1 Point
- Ellijah Beland – Goalie – 95 Saves
Games that will test this team early:
- Maine Maritime
- Thomas
DeeThreeLax Take: Dean had a tough end to the season last year in the GNAC Quarterfinals where they fell to Emmanuel by a score of 14-13. It looks like Dean had a large senior group last season that they will need to make up for. Dean will be able to put together a solid season with the group of returners that they have coming back and will make the GNAC tournament, but I do think it is more of a rebuilding year for what this program is capable of.
Albertus Magnus

Head Coach: Chris Bronander
2025 Overall Record: 5-10
2025 Conference Record: 2-7
Key Losses:
- Anthony Brikes – 23 Goals, 9 Assists, 32 Points
- Jeremey Tremblay – 22 Goals, 2 Assists, 24 Points
- Nick Duryea – Goalie – 255 Saves
Key Returners:
- Cooper Strecker – Attack – 15 Goals, 19 Assists, 34 Points
- DaKari Coleman – Midfield – 14 Goals, 9 Assists, 23 Points
- Jashai Martin – Fish – Midfield – 33 CTs, 34 GBs
- Hayden Grigas – Defense – 25 CTs, 48 GBs
Games that will test this team early:
- Anna Maria
- St. Josephs LI
- ELMS
DeeThreeLax Take: Albertus Magnus put together an improved season in 2025 winning 2 more games overall and 1 additional conference win. In 2026 this group will look at expand and win more games and continue taking down conference foes. This group will be led by Cooper Strecker who led Albterus Magnus in points last season and will look to get this group firing on all cylinders for an improved season in 2026.
Mitchell
Head Coach: JD LeMay
2025 Overall Record: 0-6
2025 Conference Record: 0-5

- Keeano Gonzalez – Midfield – 5 Goals, 2 Assists, 7 Points
- Jon Parra-Tobey – Attack – 4 Goals, 1 Assist, 5 Points
Key Returners:
- Nathan Mahoney – Attack – 8 Goals, 8 Points
Games that will test this team early:
- ELMS
- MCLA
DeeThreeLax Take: Tough 2025 outing for Mitchell, but in 2026 they will look to get themselves in the Win column and compete in GNAC contests.
ELMS
Head Coach: Matt Smith
2025 Overall Record: N/A
2025 Conference Record: N/A
Key Losses: N/A
Key Returners: N/A
Games that will test this team early:
DeeThreeLax Take: It looks like ELMS did not have a season last year as I cannot find any information on the 2025 season. No scheduled, no stats, no roster. They did put together a 5-9 record in 2024. Not much to go off of for this team but excited to see what they can get done in 2026.
